hilty_anne_photoBW1FACILITATOR: Dr Anne Hilty is a cultural psychologist, professional educator, published author, and the owner / director of EastWest Psyche Ltd based in Hong Kong. From New York, Dr Anne has lived abroad since January 2005, primarily in East Asia with shorter periods in Europe and UK. She has traveled to more than 50 countries and is an active member of 3 global organizations: Business & Professional Women Int’l, PEN Int’l, and Mensa Int’l. Dr Anne is current president of BPW Hong Kong, a multicultural association which is twinned with 6 affiliates on 5 continents; she is also a member of BPW New York City, the BPW Intercontinental Club, and BPW International taskforce for Peace & Intercultural Understanding. Dr Anne has conducted in-depth research and published extensively on the indigenous culture, ecology, and modern-day society of Jeju Island, S. Korea; she serves as a government-appointed Honorary Ambassador for Jeju [2014-2018], where she delivers annual cultural events. She has also founded 4 companies and co-founded 3 schools, in both North America and East Asia. Dr Anne is consulted widely and presents regularly, and to date has published 3 books, 3 book chapters, over 200 articles in 14 publications, 12 columns, and her doctoral thesis, with one completed book manuscript pending publication and 2 books currently in process.
